California Smartscape is a DBA of Best Contracting LLC. These terms govern your use of calsmartscape.com. In them, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Best Contracting LLC, a California limited liability company trading as California Smartscape, California contractor licence CA# 1033262.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using this website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Use licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. All work is performed by Best Contracting LLC, trading as California Smartscape, under California contractor licence CA# 1033262. You can verify that licence with the California Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov.

Any range, estimate or figure shown on this website — including the output of the pricing guide — is an illustration, not a quotation, not a bid, and not a contract. Real pricing depends on the site, access, soil, permits, materials and scope, and is only established after an in-person assessment and a written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site obliges either of us to enter into that agreement. Where the website and a signed contract differ, the signed contract governs.

6. Consent to communications

When you submit a form on this website, you may choose to give us permission to contact you. The checkboxes are optional and are presented separately:
